Our steps to building your dream custom home

SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY

This initial contact allows us to understand your vision for your build, your expectations and ensures we are the right fit for your project.
We understand that your time is valuable, so we will respond to your enquiry form and book a phone call to discuss within a week.

CLIENT PHONE CALL

During our phone call, we will go over your enquiry form with ideas, budget, and timeline to get a clear picture of requirements and outline steps and initial timings.
This conversation helps us to align with your vision and sets the foundation for our partnership in building your new custom home.

SITE VISIT

I will meet you on-site to further discuss your project, go through specific needs, and document any important requirements.
This meeting allows us to understand the scope of work required and begin the process of creating a pathway forward for your project.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

At the end of the site visit, we will run through our professional service offering, which outlines how we prepare for your project with specialist professions to get it ready for build.
This will need to be agreed before further steps commence.

DESIGN

You will meet with our architect to start bringing your vision, ideas and requirements to life. The architect will design an initial floor plan, providing a visual representation of your dream home which will then move into detailed internal and external designs.
We will ensure you have considered everything at this stage, for example, windows, doors, ceiling heights.
Once you are happy and give the sign off on the final plans, the working drawings are produced and sent off for engineering.
We then facilitate all approvals for you, including building consent and development approval.

SELECTIONS

You will now get to do your selections, in line with your final plans. We will arrange meetings with key suppliers, including tiles, joinery, fixtures, appliances, floor covers, doors and windows colours and styles, paint colours and external facade options.
You will pick from their entire ranges without restriction, as your selections will become part of your final quote.

FIXED PRICE QUOTE

With a final design and selections completed, we prepare your fixed price quote and will take you through this at an in person meeting.
This detailed quote will outline all of the costs of your project, ensuring transparency and clarity before you enter into a build contract with us.
You can use this documentation to obtain any necessary finance.

CONTRACT AND PROGRAM

Upon acceptance of the quote, we will formalise and sign the contract documents and present you with a detailed timeline and program for your project.

CONSTRUCTION

We will begin building your dream home, keeping you informed through our client portal, weekly phone calls and fortnightly site meetings.
We work through our 300+ item checklist to ensure quality control at every stage of the construction process.

COMPLETION AND HANDOVER

Once construction is complete, we will engage professional cleaners to prepare your new home for handover.
At the handover, we will take you through your home and ensure you are happy with it.
We will continue to ensure your satisfaction, even after you've moved into your new home, with a 90-day maintenance period.

Our goal is to exceed you expectations and ensure your complete satisfaction with your new custom home and every step of the process.
